I wish to express my sincere gratitude for everyone who rallied to Love of Croissant in starting it up in 2020 and in supporting this micro bakery, one or few, croissants at time.  It has always been my dream to create a bakery that shares the delightful experience of croissants and mostly to share the exquisite delights of flavored croissants to a community such as this beloved Fox Valley.  I was overjoyed to see how you enjoyed the croissants!  That right there was the measure of success to me. My heartfelt thanks to each one who regularly purchased from me and those who gave me a try.  This journey could not have happened without your own love and support!  YOU have impacted my life, and I am so grateful. Thank you, whole heartedly.

Haven’t tried brown butter before? It’s a delicious toasted butter flavor that kicks buttery  goodness to a new level.  Their delicious flavor and enticing aroma is so unbelievable that you just have to try one for yourself!

And now, I close the oven doors after the grand finale sale on Oct. 11th at the Neenah Farmers Market.

Love of Croissants will be closing as a micro bakery and reopening as a You Tube channel teaching how to make these delicious croissants


Accepting online orders for Crowd Pleasers only.

Please provide a minimum of 2- 3 days' notice.  

Curbside pickup in Neenah on a date and time set by the baker and customer.

About the Baker

Cecilia Norton is a baker with a passion about flavors and croissants.  She calls these American Croissants because they are made with hard work, passion, bravery of flavors and innovations.  Cecilia has moved to Wisconsin from California in 2021 and opened this Cottage Home Bakery for her beloved community Fox Valley, where she is known as the "Croissant Lady".   She also worked as a professional baker in various restaurants, catering business, cafes and facilities.

​

She has always had a passion to bake, and attained her baking credentials at the Chef Tech School in Long Beach CA.  She is blissfully married and has 2 grown children and 3 furgrandkitties.
